Job Duties for Sequencers:

• Pull parts in broadcast order, scan and label as required, and stage in specific slot order in sequencing racks.
• Perform all required documentation.
• Maintain assigned sequencing cell to ensure cleanliness and ease of operation at all times during hours of operation.
• Assist with physical counts of inventory as required, notifying supervision of possible shortages.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.
• Be able to communicate with management, material handlers, and team members as required.
• Be able to work at a constant, steady pace during work hours assigned.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY!)
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Must be able to stand for entire 10 hour shift

**Assembly Line Production Workers **role is:

• To apply Standardized Work and respect all operating instructions at workstation
• React/escalate issues or concerns

**Assembly Line Production Workers **must be able to perform jobs in various areas of production including:

SPRAY: Prepare molds so foam does not stick to the mold

INSERT: Inserts components in molds depending on part specification

DEMOLD/CLEAN: Foam is formed, part is removed from the mold, mold is cleaned

TRIMMERS: Examine part and trim any excess foam from the part to determine necessary repairs

INSPECTION/GLUE: Complete inspection of part

REPAIR: Repairs parts from inspection deemed necessary, second inspection is completed

PACKOUT/BOX: Boxes are built, parts are sorted, counted, packed, labeled and scanned for shipment

Assembly Line Production Workers shifts: MONDAY - SATURDAY

1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30 pm

2nd shift : 3:00pm-11:30pm

3rd shift : 11:00pm - 7:30am

Assembly Line Production Workers Pay:

1st shift : $12.30 with a pay raise at 60-90 days

2nd shift & 3rd shift: $12.30 with a .30 cent shift premium with a pay raise at 60-90 days

Job Duties:

• Providing assistance to assembly line as needed
• Placing labels, stickers or stencils on product
• Possibly moving parts to and from assembly line

Salary for Maintenance Technician : $19.79 per hour,after 90 days $20.07, plus 40¢/hr shift premium for 2nd shift.

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

1. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver wine and liquor to numerous location throughout the state of Michigan
• Responsible for checking products when loading before leaving on route to ensure that all product is on the truck.
• Utilize customer service skills when making the delivery by being courteous, friendly, and respectful.
• Collect payment from accounts when necessary and return payments and all other documents to the office upon route completion.
